The Complete Guide for Malaysian Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and winbox h ("Platform", "us"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, games, betting and other features available on the winbox h platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, using our services or accessing any part of the winbox h platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms in this document. This acceptance remains in effect for as long as you continue to use our platform.

Winbox h offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions as outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members making their first deposit only. Bonus up to RM 600 is subject to a rollover (wagering) requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Weekly Cashback: Calculated based on total net losses over a 7-day period. Cashback is credited every Monday and must be used within 7 days of being credited.
• Sports Rebate: The 0.8% rebate is calculated based on your total valid sports betting turnover within a week, regardless of whether you win or lose.

Winbox h employs a sophisticated risk detection system to monitor suspicious activity. Any confirmed violation may result in immediate suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of all remaining balances and unused bonuses.

Winbox H reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Identity fraud or the submission of false information
• Suspicious or inconsistent betting activity
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the stipulated timeframe
• Member's own request to close the account
• Instructions from relevant authorities

If your account is closed at your own request, any remaining cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after verification is complete. If the account is closed due to a terms violation, winbox h reserves the right to withhold or forfeit the remaining balance.

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to keep your password confidential
